Note: Chiller temperature must not exceed 50c; Freezer temperature should be -180C and below (Reference: Dubai Food Code Page 33, 45)
Call the Engineering at numbers 8406 or 8407 to report the temperature deviation. Moved the food item to another chiller/freezer if the equipment cannot fix immediately.
