ANNOUNCEMENTS:

Reminders to all parents, please gather here inside in the Kalahi CIDDS Hall after the
registration.
Again, parents, please do not forget to register in the designated table outside. This is very
important because this will serve as your attendance in this morning’s School’s Parent-
Teacher Association.
There are still vacant seats here in front. Please occupy these before we’ll start our
engagement this morning.

PRELIMINARIES
May we request everyone to please stand for the singing of the Philippine National Anthem to
be lead by Sir Alkhent Bonsato. This is to be followed by the opening prayer through audio
visual presentation.
For the singing of SDO Hymn let us have our teacher Luningning R. Dalinog
Please all be seated.
The DepEd mission to protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality,
equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where students learn in a child-
friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating environment. Teachers facilitate learning
and constantly nurture every learner. Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution,
ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen. Family,
community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility
for developing life-long learners. Thus, we are gathered here this morning to
answer and fulfill this mission.
Welcome to our 3rd Parents and Teachers Conference!
My salute and respect to our inspiring and dynamic school head, Mr. Brendan B.
Destacamento, the ever supportive and generous Punong Barangay Hon. Gene Dongon, To
our Education Program Chair Person, Kagawad _______________________, Parent Teacher
Association Officers headed by Mrs. Aiza F. Almario, supportive and loving parents and
guardian, fellow teachers, guests, ladies and gentlemen, Good Morning! I hope all is well and
are excited for today’s MEETING.
I AM MRS. ALIZA MARIE TOLEDO-REGALA your host for today’s Parent-Teachers
Conference.
I want to know if everyone is ready for this meeting? Can I hear a YES-YES-YES!
Alright! Let’s get started.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF ATTENDEES
 At this point in time, we will check our attendance by acknowledging our attendees this
morning. To do the honor, let me call in our napaka-active and always full of energy teacher of
TCYMHS,an SSLG Adviser and G-10 Love Adviser.
As you can see kadako na san improvement san school, dba po? With the leadership of our
administrators, and support coming from you our stakeholders, Teresita C. Young Memorial
High School will never cease to improve. Because this is for the welfare of our students.
AGENDA
 Today’s meeting will be structured around the following agenda. To present us the list of
agenda may I call in our poging teacher, Sir Reniel M. Espaldon G-9 Adviser.
 Thank you so much sir Reniel for addressing our agendas today and the topics to be
discussed.
PREVIOUS MINUTES
 Now to read us the previous minutes let us have teacher Carren B. Vidor, our forever
looking young teacher and G-9 Peace Adviser.

APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES
 For the approval of minutes and to formally welcome us in this 3rd Parent-Teacher
Conference, I would like to request our school Bookkeeper and SIP coordinator teacher
John Rommel R. Morado
 Thank you so much Sir John for that warm welcome.
AGENDA 1
 To give us the updates of GPTA Proposed Project may I call in our G-11 Antarctica
Adviser teacher Rose Ann S. Dongon
 Thank you Ma’am Rose, We are looking forward to seeing the progress on this project.
With that update, we can now proceed to..
AGENDA 2
 The improvement of literacy and numeracy programs are some of the priorities of the
Department of Education (DepEd) in making the K to 12 curriculum relevant to produce job-
ready, active and responsible citizens.
 For the School Kick-Off on the implementation of SDO Masbate Banner Programs on
Literacy and Numeracy May I have here in front Teacher Roda our school reading
coordinator and guidance counselor together with Ma’am Marites R. Banayo our Math
coordinator.
 And later on, we will have a commitment signing for PTA officers.
 We’ve received valuable input, and it’s time to work on incorporating that into our action
plan. Thank you teacher Roda, and ma’am Tess for discussing the importance of
literacy and numeracy. We really appreciate your efforts and dedication to helping the
learners embrace their love for reading and counting. Let’s move the discussion forward
by addressing the next key issue.
AGENDA 3
 I know most of you here already heard the news about the implementation of Cath-
Up Fridays and to give us a clear information and knowledge about this DepEd
program, may I call in our articulate and captivating school reading coordinator and
guidance counselor teacher Rodel Anosa.
 Thank you teacher Roda for your valuable suggestions and guidance. Let’s move
forward and discuss the next agenda..
AGENDA 4
 At this moment a macho gwapito teacher of TCYMHS and Grade-9 adviser, teacher
Brent Jasper P. Cervantes will give us the details about the early registration of
incoming Grade 7 students.
 Thank you sir for giving us those important information. By the way, parents, as we go
on with this meeting, you may prepare some questions later on for the Open Forum.
AGENDA 5
 Our next agenda will be the incoming school activities of Teresita C. Young Memorial
High School to discuss us about this matter please welcome our brain and beauty
dedicated teacher in TCYMHS, Teacher Imelda D. Sarco.
 Thank you ma’am for giving us clarifications regarding those matters.
AGENDA 6
 At this point in time let us lend our ears to our active and matibayon na teacher and
alumni president, Ma’am Brenda Loraine L. Bulalacao as she present the Alumni
Constitution and By-Laws.
 Thank you Ma’am Bren for letting us know those things.
OPEN FORUM
Next up will be our Open Forum. Now, this is your time to raise your concerns with regards to
our agenda in this meeting. The floor is now open ma’am and sir. Just raise your hand to be
recognized.
 We hope that your queries are addressed through this Open Forum. With everyone’s
agreement on the previous point, we can now proceed to the privilege speech of our
School PTA president Mrs. Aiza F. Almario
 Thank you Mrs. Aiza for sharing your thoughts to us.
 At this moment teacher John Rommel R. Morado will give the announcement of the
3rd quarterly assessment
 Thank you sir john for keeping us informed.
 They say, when we talk about love everybody wants to listen. But how about money?
At this point in time, let us lend our ears to our PTA Treasurer none other than Mrs.
Grace A. Vidor for the presentation of financial reports S.Y. 2023-2024.
 Thank you for that updates Mrs. Grace.
 At this point in time, allow me to call in ________________ for the announcement of
the next meeting.

BREAKOUT SESSION
As we are about to end this conference, I have some important instructions during the
Breakout Session. Later on, dear parents, you will be meeting with your respective Class
advisers for the Feedbacking of Students’ Performance and as well as the signing of report
cards and awarding of certificates to the class achievers.
CLOSING REMARKS
Before we end, let us remember that our learners may provide lasting impetus in influencing
societal change. In the verge of hope, the youth of today can become the country’s most
valued treasure. So, let’s help one another for a shared goal of giving them the future they truly
deserved.
To our dear parents and stakeholders, your presence and participation were truly appreciated.
