All statutory payments, registration charges of lease deed etc will be payable by the applicant as
and when required.

Monthly charges for the consumption of power within the unit are payable by the resident as and
when the bill is raised by the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB). The cable connection charges
will be payable monthly as per the package opted by the resident.

Nursing care varies from partial care to full time care and the charges depend according to the
care plan.
