B.A ( General) Semester- Ist Year (1st and 2nd Sem)
In the B.A. Pass course (General), a student is supposed to pass 26 subjects in total. Out of
this, a student has to study the subjects in the following manner:
1. Two languages (in every semester)
2. Two compulsory papers (one i.e. computer awareness in 1st& 2ndSemesters and
second i.e. Environmental awareness in 2nd Semester)
3. Two electives (once opted for in 1st semester, will continue upto 6th Semester)

In the B.A. Geography (Hons), a student is supposed to pass 38 subjects in total. Out of this,
a student has to study the subjects in the following manner:
1. 28 geography papers i.e. (Four in Ist Sem, Four in 2 nd SEM, Four in 3rd Sem, Four in
4th Sem, Six in 5th Sem, and Six in 6th Sem.), including Practical.
2. Four papers of either of the language i.e. English or Hindi(English Compulsory or
Hindi Compulsory in First Four Semesters)
