Objective

The objective of the Sustainable Materials Questionnaire is to capture the relevant data about the materials
used for the construction of ‘Private Office Building’ as required for the Estidama 1 Pearl certification
(PBRS).

The sustainable materials questionnaire is a useful decision-making tool for the procurement team of the
project.

Instruction

Please complete the sustainable materials questionnaire per each material type/product and return with
supporting documents if required. The calculations have to be undertaken as per Estidama Pearl Building
rating system (PBRS) Version 1.0.

Please sign at the bottom or on separate statement that the provided information is correct, and return the
original or a scanned pdf copy of the sustainable materials questionnaire to the Contractor’s Estidama Team.
