V.09/2023 Serade system cleaner

The Serade range consists of post-treatment additives. Used at the right time, based on the
recommendations of your technical advisor, these additives allow you to extend the life of your soluble
cutting fluid baths in service.
Serade system cleaner is a cleaner for machine tools.

• Serade system cleaner has been developed especially for the cleaning of machine tools before
draining and substitution of water-soluble metalworking fluid (bath).
• Serade system cleaner is recommended for the cleaning of single units and central systems.
• Recommended proportions: 1 - 2 % depending on level of contamination.
• After addition of Serade system cleaner it is possible to continue machining without interruption for
8 - 48 hours. If the machining is stopped, a turnover time of minimum 8 hours or even more is
recommended.
After draining, the system should be flushed carefully with a high-diluted mixture of water and the
metalworking fluid concentrate.
