Proposal for Statistical Process Control Training

ABOUT THE COURSE


Statistical process control (SPC) comprises a collection of widely embraced tools employed
to manage and ensure that both the process and product quality align with customer
specifications. When implemented and executed correctly, these tools empower
organizations to consistently uphold the desired quality standards with effectiveness and
efficiency. This course equips participants with the knowledge and comprehension of SPC
principles and concepts, enabling them to apply these effectively in their workplace for
achieving process stability and capability.

COURSE OUTCOMES
At the end of this course, participants will be able to:
1. Grasp the principles and concepts of SPC and adeptly apply them in their respective
work environments.
2. Apply the statistical tool, mainly the control charts, to identify the origin and type of
variation.
3. Ensure and sustain the desired levels of process and product quality in the most efficient
and effective manner.

COURSE METHODOLOGY
Participants will acquire knowledge and skills through a combination of lectures, case
studies, group exercises, and discussions.
