STEP ACTIVITIES MATERIAL DYNAMICS TIME SKILLS

Ice Breaker Scramble letters. Teacher will give pieces of paper on them. Pieces of Pairs 8 min Listening
Teacher will dictate them different words they have learned from paper(letters)
the previous unit, ss will form those words.

Feed back 1 Role play. Students will imagine they went to a night club last Pictures Trios 10 min Speaking
Saturday, they have to tell what happened when they saw the most
beautiful woman ( using when and while).

Warm up Teacher will show students pictures with scientific facts and the Pictures Whole Class 3 min Listening
results of them as:
Raining water / wet streets
water on the stove / boiling water
a student studying / an A+ grade in their exams

so students relate the images.

Presentation Taking advantage of the warm up, the teacher will introduce zero Pictures Total class 2 min Listening
conditional giving some examples like :

If it rains streets get wet.


If you heat water it boils
if you study you get A+ in your exams

Drill students will give their own examples among them None Pairs 3 min Speaking

Drill students will practice in pairs with exercise 2 on page 20. Book Pairs 3 min Speaking

brother what happened if he does it, with different examples, so
their brother understand and learn the lesson.

teaches will say the verbs in present and students will say them in
gerund.
