Instructions for the participants:
1. All painting are acceptable but
styles Digital
artwork and eraftwork are not allowed.
2. Each file must be submitted in jpeg/png format.
3. Use only original work. Copyrighted or
plagiarized entries will be disqualified.
4. Minimal edits (like brightness, contrast, or
cropping) are allowed. Excessive digital editing or
manipulation will lead to disqualification.
5.The file should be named as per the format 'your
name phone no.'
6. Judging Criteria will be majorly on the basis of
creativity and artistic skills with minor role of the
likes and comments on thepost.

7. To be eligible for the competition, all the


participants must follow Graffiti's instagram
account @graffitilhmc
8. Multiple artwork entries from one person is
allowed with entry fee of Rs 50per piece.

• TotalRegistration fee is 500/- per team
• All the members of a teamn must be from

the same college


Reach the venue by 10 am.
• The team should comprise of 2-5
members.
There is no specific theme or art form.
Also you are allowed to sell your art
pieces.
•On the event day, each team will be
allotted a stall. Other materials are to be
brought by the participants.
• Each team will be givenl hour for set up.
•A representative must be present at the
allocated space at all times.
Multiple teams from the same college are
allowed
