C150/172 Training checklist
Before each training maneuvers, a CALT check has to be done

STEEP TURN* DIVERSION*


1. Banking 45° smoothly but promptly
Circle, Circle, Line,
2. Controlling yaw with rudder
Heading, Distance, Time,
3. Passing 30° : Slight nose up, add 100/150 RPM
Fuel, Flight plan, Altitude
4. Watch outside reference to monitor bank angle
5. Monitor pitch with load factor variation
6. Smoothly roll out when passing heading ½ of bank angle
7. Push as much as you pulled on the yoke
8. Reduce power as much as you increased it
STALL RECOVERY
(controlled autorotation)
