A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SK TREASURER TO PROCESS/TRANSACT, USE


ORUS AND UPDATE EMAIL, CONTACT NUMBERS IN BIR RECORDS OF
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY BACONG, ANDA, BOHOL

WHEREAS, MS. CHLOE MAE D. PALLAR is the Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer


of Barangay Bacong, Anda, Bohol;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Bacong, Anda, Bohol is planning to


register the ORUS where MS. CHLOE MAE D. PALLAR is the authorized person.

WHEREAS, there is a need to update the email address and contact number to be able to
register in ORUS in BIR;

NOWTHEREFORE, on motion of SK Member Jan Marielle Ligutan, and unanimously


seconded by all members of the council. Be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the
Sangguniang Kabataan of Bacong, Anda, Bohol in session duly assembled.

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy hereof to the office of the BIR for the information and
appropriate action of this resolution.
