forward in your setup.

Part 2: Client Software Auto Install


1. Start “Google Chrome”.

2. Copy and paste this link into the Chrome browser window:

4. When the download completes, click the “down arrow” button in the top
right corner of your Google Chrome toolbar.

5. Click the “WSOL Turbo Tax Setup.exe” file listed in the Recent
Downloads list.

6. If you see a security window for Windows protected your PC, click on
“More Info”.

7. Click “Run Anyway”.

8. When prompted, if you want to allow changes to your device, click “Yes”.

9. Follow the onscreen instructions to install what is needed for the
TurboTax program.

Follow the below instructions to install


the Intuit Whatfix Extension.

10. Double click on the “WSOL TurboTax” Chrome icon that was created on
your desktop with the auto install.

11. Copy and paste this link into the ‘WSOL Intuit’ Chrome browser:

12. Click “Install Extension”.

1. To connect to the GlobalProtect VPN software:
a. Expand the system tray next to the clock (found at the bottom right
corner of your screen).
b. Click the gray “globe” icon.

2. Click “Connect”.

3. Your Google Chrome browser might automatically open the login page.

4. Enter your “Intuit corporate username”.

5. Click “Next”.

6. Click “Continue” at the ‘You have a temporary password’ screen.

7. Type in your “temporary password” found in Vyne.

8. Click “Next”.

DO NOT save your password when prompted.

9. Ensure your Intuit corporate username is correct.

10. Click “Next”.

11. Click “Start” at the ‘Welcome to PingID’ screen.

26. Refresh the “GlobalProtect VPN” software:
a. Expand the system tray next to the clock (found at the bottom right
corner of your screen).
b. Click the gray “globe” icon.

27. Click the “3 bars” button on the top right corner of the
GlobalProtect window.

37. From your PingID™ mobile application, swipe the blue ‘Intuit’ button
upwards. You should be logged into the Intuit VPN afterwards.

41. If your computer passes the GlobalProtect security check, you will be
connected to the VPN.

42. Once connected to the VPN, you may close the Google Chrome
browser tabs that were opened in Steps 3 and 33.

43. Double click on the “WSOL TurboTax” Chrome icon that was created on
your desktop with the auto install.

46. If you are prompted to install the OneLogin extension, click
“Add OneLogin extension”. Otherwise, skip to step 49.

Although you added the OneLogin Extension when you


followed the Vyne Task list, this will need to be added
again, if you see the prompt.

47. Click “Add to Chrome” at the Chrome web store. Once installation has
completed, do not click the ‘Turn on sync’ button.

48. Close the “Chrome web store” browser tab, then continue
opening “OneLogin”.

49. When you log into OneLogin, you may be on the ‘Frequents’ tab.

50. Select “Intuit TurboTax” in the drop-down menu of the ‘Working


Solutions’ tab.

You may need to click the “Working Solutions” tab twice to


see the drop down menu.

51. Hover over the bottom edge of the


‘Intuit Corporate ID’ (Creds only) tile.

52. Click “Edit”.

53. Enter your Intuit ‘corporate username and new password’ you created
on Step 25.

1. Copy and paste this link into your Intuit Chrome browser:
https://downloads.byndid.com/msi/BeyondIdentity-2.73.3.msi

2. When the download completes, click the “down arrow” button in the top
right corner of your Google Chrome toolbar.

3. Click the “BeyondIdentity-2.73.3.msi” file listed in the


Recent Downloads list.

Connect to the VPN before launching the Intuit


applications, otherwise errors will occur!

1. Paste this link into your Intuit Chrome browser to download and install
TurboTax 2023: https://link.workingsol.com/TT-2023

Note: If you receive a Windows Defender pop-up alert, follow these steps:

A. Click “ More Info”.

B. Click “ Run anyway”.

2. Run the ‘TurboTaxDesktopUSWinTY23.exe’ installer that is downloaded.

1. Double click on the “WSOL TurboTax” Chrome icon that was created on
your desktop with the auto install.

2. Open OneLogin: https://workingsol.onelogin.com/

3. Log in with your WSAgents email and password.

DO NOT save your password when prompted.

4. When you log into OneLogin, you may be on the ‘Frequents’ tab.

5. Select “Intuit TurboTax” in the drop-down menu of the ‘Working


Solutions’ tab.

You may need to click the “Working Solutions” tab twice to


see the drop down menu.

Part 7: Next Steps

Ensure at least 10 minutes has passed since you had


completed the steps on Part 5.

1. Double-click the “TurboTax 2023” icon.

2. Perform any software updates when prompted.

3. After software updates are completed, double-click the ‘TurboTax 2023’


icon again.

4. Once TurboTax 2023 has successfully started, you may close it.

5. Once you complete the setup, you are now ready for your test call and
login check. Come to the Onboarding Session so that the Tech Resource
Experts (TRE) can verify that your setup is complete.
• The links for the Onboarding sessions are in your credential email.

6. In the Onboarding session, the TRE will need you to:


• Be connected to the VPN
• Work with them to configure Beyond Identity
• Open the applications you accessed in Part 6
• Complete an outbound test call

Email your Onboarding Coordinator for additional details,


if needed.

IMPORTANT:
Remember to log out of all applications
BEFORE disconnecting from the VPN.

1. Once you are finished with your work, log out of all applications before
disconnecting from the VPN.

2. Disconnect from the VPN.


a. Click the “globe icon” in the system tray.
b. Click “Disconnect”.
