➢ Operation of the 150 MW HFO power-based Plant (Rolls-Royce 7.015MW*23).
➢ Operation & trouble-shooting of 150 MW HFO plant (Rolls-Royce Bergen EngineB32:40
V16AH, 7.015 MW * 23 pcs).
➢ Operation of Lube oil & HFO purifier (GEA Westphalia).
➢ Responsible for Alfa Laval exhaust gas boiler, capacity 2.2 T/h * 6 pcs, made by Finland.
➢ Operating & root cause finding of various troubles of GEA Westphalia lubeoilpurifier,
capacity 2200 L/h and HFO purifier, capacity 19500 L/h
➢ Engine data analysis and time to time reporting to Shift in-Charge.
➢ Time to time supervises of Napier Turbo Charger, air compressor, lube oil cooler,
chargeair cooler, auto filter, duplex filter, cylinder head, fuel pump, etc.

➢ Operation, supervision & condition monitoring of pure dry separator, oily


water separator & incinerator system etc.
