Civil (Indus Telemetry) who stood surety of the borrower Mr. Haresh Chander S/o Jairam
Das employed as Executive Engineer (Electrical) is a man of means and is capable of
meeting financial obligations is case the borrower defaults to repay the loan to the Authority.
