What shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? He
who did not spare His own Son but delivered Him up for us all, how will He not also
graciously give us all things with Him? Who can bring any charge against God’s elect? It is
God who justifies. Who is it that condemns? It is Christ who died, yes, and was raised

again, who is at the right hand of God and intercedes for us. Who can separate us from the
love of Christ? Will tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, danger, or
sword?
As it is written, "For Your sake, we face death all day long; we are considered as sheep to
be slaughtered." No, in all these things, we are more than conquerors through Him who

powers, nor present nor future things, nor height nor depth, nor any other creature will be
able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
