JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a talented and innovative Graduate Embedded Engineer to join our team. As a
Graduate Embedded Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and testing
embedded hardware solutions for our state-of-the-art products. You will collaborate closely with cross-
functional teams to ensure the successful integration of hardware components.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hardware Design: Design and develop embedded hardware systems, including schematics, PCB
layouts, and prototypes, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
2. Microcontroller/Microprocessor Selection: Select and evaluate microcontrollers, microprocessors,
and other hardware components suitable for embedded applications.
3. Signal Processing: Implement signal processing algorithms and hardware solutions for sensor data
acquisition and control.
4. Embedded System Integration: Collaborate with software engineers to integrate hardware with
embedded software components.
5. Testing and Validation: Conduct testing, debugging, and validation of hardware to ensure
functionality, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware designs,
component selection, and testing procedures.

7. Prototyping: Build and evaluate hardware prototypes to validate design concepts and identify
improvements.
8. Power Management: Design power management solutions for efficient energy consumption in
embedded systems.
9. Communication Interfaces: Develop and integrate communication interfaces (e.g., SPI, I2C, UART)
for data exchange between embedded hardware and external devices.
10. Component Sourcing: Collaborate with procurement teams to identify and source hardware
components.
11. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including firmware developers, embedded
software engineers, and QA engineers, to achieve project objectives.
12. The Basic analog and digital circuit design, fundamentals, concepts should be strong.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation
Engineering, Medical Electronics, or a related field. Open to students graduating/graduated in the 2024
batch.
Core Competencies: A strong foundation in electronics fundamentals is essential. Proficiency in
Python or C/C++ programming languages, specifically for embedded systems, is highly valued.
Hands-On Experience: Prior experience/intern with embedded development is a plus, particularly if
you've worked with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms for application development.
Technical Expertise: Familiarity with 8/16/32-bit microcontroller and microprocessor architectures,
along with the ability to choose the right components for specific applications, is crucial.
Team and Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mind-set are
essential for effective teamwork and project execution.
SELECTION PROCESS
Candidates will first participate in an offline written test and F2F interview.
Those scoring 70% or higher will advance to the next stage: a technical interview. Successful
candidates from the technical and subsequent HR interviews will receive an offer letter within 8-10 days
and are expected to join within 8 to 15 days period.
