Batching Plant in Embilipitiya under OSAKA Construction (Pvt)
Ltd.

 We newly opened the another concrete ready mix plant at

Sooriyawewa.

 We are using best available technologies for manufacturing Ready

Mix Concrete under very strict Quality Control System.
 Our management team is highly experience and dedicated for their
duties 24/7 basis.

 We always committed to the customer requirement and “End

Customer Satisfaction” is our main target.

 Serving the nation as Quality Aggregate Supplier last two decades,

Quality Control
 As OSAKA Ready Mix, we follow very strict Quality Control System in our
Batching Plant.
 This system covers entire process like, from Incoming Material Testing to
final Fresh concrete testing prior to dispatch.
 We have essential equipment and facilities to support this process and further
advance testing, we always refer the third party independence institutions.
 Our technical staff is capable to handle all the relevant testing in this process.
 We updating and timely calibrating our plant, scales and equipment from third
part institution and ready to inspection all the reports.
 As responsible Ready Mix concrete supplier, we assure the “Quality” of our
final product and we keep representative samples and we testing and
analyzing the data for future references.

Project References
 We supplied 3000m3 to KDU from August in 2020 to September in
2022 and continuing the project . (References : Southern Campus –
Sooriyawewa)

 We supplied 1500m3 to Southern Naval Command both Thangalle and

Hambanthota sites up to now and these days also supplied.

 We supplied requirements for both Umaoya Multipurpose Development

Project (Kahakurullanpelessa) and Ellewewa Reserviour Project (Chief
Resident Engineer Office )sites further Ellewewa Reserviour project is
continuing.
 We are supplying Hunan Constructions Engineering Group Company,
AKK Engineering and P Jayamanna & Sons for Project of Hambanthota
Port.

 We also supplied to Towermax Pvt. Ltd and Thantri Tailers Pvt Ltd for
their projects.

 From August in 2020 to April in 2021 supplied 1200m3 to

Hambegamuwa and Kiribbanara sites and available requirement is
500m3 of MAGA Engineering. (Reference : MAGA Engineering (Pvt)
Ltd, MO3 ME – 0768525489).
 We Supplied 500m3 to Isuru Engineering (Reference: Mr. Jaseem –
0776910938).

 We supplied 1500m3 to Sanken Construction ( Water Supply Project,

Galpaya, Pallebedda) .

 We also supplied Vonlan Construction (Pvt) Ltd to 1300m3 and available

requirement is 800m3.

 We supplied 1500m3 to Sevanagala Sugar Factory and this project is

continuing.

 Further, supplied 950m3 to Samarasinghe Constructions (Pvt) Ltd.

NEW GENERATION SUPERPLASTICISER WITH SUPER RETENTION
TECHNOLOGY

DESCRIPTION PROPERTIES
FinexAdmix SP 4850 is a polycarboxilic ether Supply form Turbid Liquid
based superplasticiser formulated with super Colour Slight yellow to
retention technology.The optimal combination slight brown
of early strength,slump retention and final Specific gravity 1.10 ± 0.02@ 25 0C
strength allows FinexAdmix SP 4850 to meet PH value ≥ 6.0 @ 250C
demanding concreting requirements,often Water soluble ≤ 0.10 % (w/w)
exceeding the performance of conventionl Chloride content
superplasticisers.
FinexAdmix SP 4850 is chloride free and
complies with BS EN 934-2, IS 9103 and ESTIMATING DATA
ASTM C494 type G. FinexAdmix SP 4850 is
not compatible with Plastobuild ES ( Recommended dosage range:
Polynaphthalene based admixtures). 0.5 to 1.5 liters per 100kg of binder
