  Fixed a CarrierWatch issue when using a 12 hour clock in Windows, rather than a 24
hour clock. The historical data view now displays trend data properly during the
afternoons of days 2 though 7 on the scale.

 Include the tenths of a dB in the reported band power value and presence of a carrier
values in the carrier monitoring SNMP traps. Values that used to be rounded to the
nearest dB now include greater precision.

 Fixed a small bias in the reported frequency of a signal on the user interface. In most
cases, the bias was insignificant. However, the bias was most noticeable in previous
versions of the GUI where the resolution bandwidth is high and the number of points is
low.
 Fixed a bug in the switch port selection box on the Cross Pol menu that occasionally
caused the selection box to be inaccessible.
 Fixed a bug in the stand-alone user interface application where resizing the window too
small caused the context buttons to disappear.
