Task:

Organizing Robotics Workshops for Techfest Zonal Competitions: Cozmoclench and


Meshmerize

Instructions:

1. Approach Relevant Authorities:


○ Identify and reach out to a professor in your college from the CS, Electrical, or
Mechanical departments.
○ Pitch the idea of Techfest's Technorion and discuss the possibility of hosting
workshops related to Cozmoclench and Meshmerize.
○ If your college is large, begin with a professor and then escalate to the Dean or
Director with their support.
2. Aim for an MOU:
○ The primary goal is to get a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed
between your college and Techfest.
○ If the authorities require more proof or authenticity, provide them with our
Techfest MOU or connect them with us directly. Ensure that you remain involved
in the communication and convincing process.
3. Hosting Workshops Independently:
○ If your college has the capability (especially with a robotics club), organize the
workshops independently within your college.
4. Collaborating for External Support:
○ If your college needs additional support, discuss with the Dean or Director about
providing a platform for other agencies to conduct workshops. This collaboration
could make your college a central hub for innovation, attracting participants from
nearby institutions.

Rewards:

1. Top Performer Rewards:


○ The top 3 performers will receive iPads as recognition for their efforts.
2. Exclusive Invitations to Zonal Events:
○ Ambassadors with exceptional participation will be invited to our zonal events in
Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Jaipur, Nagpur, and Bhopal.
3. VIP Access to the Main Fest:
○ Ambassadors who bring in the maximum participation for workshops will receive
VIP access to the main Techfest event.
4. Certificate of Recognition:
○ Outstanding contributors will be awarded a certificate of recognition from
Techfest, IIT Bombay.
5. Boost Your Profile:

○ 3000 Points will be awarded to successfully sign the MOU and conduct the
workshop in your college.
