In cropping a picture, you are selecting a part only of the picture that you want to show in your
document. You can crop a picture by going to the Format menu, using the Crop button found in the
Picture formatting toolbar, or using the right-click function of the mouse

default working space of your document
4. When resizing a textbox, all you have to do is click on one of the handles and drag it manually until
you reach the desired size for the textbox
5. When you go back to the default working space, you may position the textbox anywhere in the
document by clicking on the Wrap Text

- GO TO INSERT ► DRAWING
- The Drawing window will appear.
- Find and click on Actions to see its drop down list and then click on WordArt.
- Key in the text that you want to insert as a WordArt and press the Enter key

- You can rotate the WordArt by clicking and moving the small circle connected to one of the
handles. By moving, tilting, or rotating the small circle, you are changing the position of the
WordArt
- The buttons for changing the font and style of the WordArt is found in the Formatting toolbar. For
you to access the font style, click on the More button.
- In changing the WordArt outline and fill color, you will utilize the same buttons you used when
inserting a textbox. Once satisfied with the format you have applied, click on Save & Close button
to go back to the default working space of your document
