Step-by-Step Process
Pay the retainer.
Undergo the introduction, where required, interview, and the rest of
the process, which will lead to shortlisting with local employers.
The employer carries out the shortlisted candidate’s visa formalities in
the destination country.
Upon approval, the D visa application is filed at the local
embassy/consulate. It is issued for (typically) 12 months, but the final
duration is not in the hands of Abhinav Immigration. The final
authority of application acceptance and visa duration rests with the
country’s immigration office.
In most cases, the candidates are interviewed. Sometimes, that may
not happen, and the employers may make decisions based on their
internal assessment.

On approval, the client flies to the destination country.
The client works with the sponsoring employer, or if they find an
alternate employer, notify the sponsoring employer and the
immigration authorities to start working with the new employer.

Abhinav Consulting Fee
The total consulting fee is INR 12,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Twelve Lakhs
only) plus 18% GST.

Initial retainer of INR 600,000/- (INR Six lakh only) plus tax
The second payment is INR 300,000/- (INR three lakh only) plus tax. It
is payable on the evidence of filing a D visa application at the local
Embassy/Consulate.
Third payment of INR 300,000/- (INR Three lakh only) Plus tax on the
evidence of acceptance of D visa application at local
Embassy/Consulate.

One-time consulting fee payment option: Pay INR 10,00,000/- (INR Ten
lakh only) plus 18% GST when retaining services.
