2. VENDOR shall submit opening area, maximum pressure drop calculation and curve flow rate with pressure drop.
3. All inspection, testing, certificate, and general requirements shall be complied with Doc. No. KNT-002-TS-PI1-SP-
004_Specification for Piping Special Items.
4. VENDOR to confirm and specify the maximum allowable pressure drop (bar) during clean condition, 50% clogged
condition and Strainer element can withstand.
5. Raised Face (RF) flange end connections shall have surface roughness between 3.2 µm and 6.3 µm to ASME B16.5.
6. VENDOR shall furnish detail cross section, assemblies’ drawings with fully dimensions and weight.
7. VENDOR to supply 01 each additional gasket and screen/wire mesh (for 01 Y-Strainer) for spare.

1. Y-Strainer marking to be to MSS SP-25. In additional to name plate, VENDOR supply with a SS316 Tag. No. stamped
securely fixed to the Y-Strainer with SS wire. Body to be clearly marked with an arrow indicated direction flow.
2. VENDOR shall submit opening area, maximum pressure drop calculation and curve flow rate with pressure drop.
3. All inspection, testing, certificate, and general requirements shall be complied with Doc. No. KNT-002-TS-PI1-SP-
004_Specification for Piping Special Items.
4. VENDOR to confirm and specify the maximum allowable pressure drop (bar) during clean condition, 50% clogged
condition and Strainer element can withstand.
5. Flat Face (FF) flange end connections shall have surface roughness between 3.2 µm and 6.3 µm to ASME B16.5.
6. VENDOR shall furnish detail cross section, assemblies’ drawings with fully dimensions and weight.
7. VENDOR to supply 01 each additional gasket and screen/wire mesh (for 01 Y-Strainer) for spare.
