A proper grading system that is based on an accepted industry- wide set of criteria
does not yet exist in Singapore. Based on our experience dealing directly with m ajor
office space occupiers and their ideal requirem ents, CB Richard Ellis has developed
its own grading system of all office buildings in Singapore, with the following m ajor
