There are many aspects which are often discussed as influential to affect
the person’s choice of this or that job. In this ever changing world, we
need to adapt to a lot of changes and one of occupations relating most to
that requirement is human resources management. That’s why I keep
dreaming to become a human resources manager since I started to be a
freshman at UEH, where I can gain hands-on experiences and improve
interpersonal skills more easily for my future career. If you have no idea
about what my dream job is, then I will show you its detailed definition.
This position is responsible not only for performing the traditional duties
of recruitment, managing employees, and developing training programs
but also for completing the administrative tasks associated with the
official programs and policies because of the specifics of the industry or
in the workplace.
Currently, the human resource management major is being highly
evaluated and selected by students. Why this field of study is so hot, to
understand, you should learn in detail about many aspects of the
profession. Human resource management offers many opportunities for
students after graduation. Specifically, you can apply for many different
positions such as recruitment officer, human resource analyst, project
manager, etc. Depending on the capacity and flexibility of each person,
you can choose the right profession.
First, the demand for jobs in the human resource management
industry is very high
If other students are worried about applying for a job after graduation,
the human resource management industry is a more positive aspect. This
industry is in dire need of capable and dynamic people. The human
resource management industry has very high job opportunities
If you are interested in this profession, this is the right time to pursue
and study seriously with the ultimate goal of having good skills, and a
beautiful degree. All create a premise to easily apply for jobs in the
future.

The human resource management industry often comes into contact with
many people, so it helps you build good relationships in the future. In
addition, the industry has a close relationship with upper management,
so it is not difficult to get a foothold in the company.

or a natural quickness. All you need is passion, desire to learn,
experiment, and draw experience over time. This profession just needs
to be eager to learn and practice skills in school. If you do these things

resources easier.

professions
The human resource management industry is hot and is highly
appreciated because the monthly income of this industry is very
competitive. In addition to the basic salary and allowance, you can also
receive commissions from some jobs.
According to sources collected, the human resource management

USD. As long as you are diligent and have the will to progress, the
dream of becoming a talented, high-paid person is no longer a distant
thing.
Ideally, while still in school, students should take advantage of this
valuable time to learn and strive to become good human resource
managers. Being good at human resource management will help you to
live well in the future. However, this industry brings many different
challenges, just overcome them and work hard, all difficulties are just a
small number.

Job requirements are also an important part of every industry. Human


resource management also has its basic job requirements.
First, it's good communication. Right from the industry name: "Human
Resources" tells us, this is a people-intensive industry, requiring people
in the industry to be skillful and have good communication skills to
serve the purpose of recruiting quality personnel. . for Business.
Next, it is the skill of flexibly handling situations. The nature of the HR
industry is to always work directly with people. This requires that each
person working in HR must be flexible and skillful in handling
situations, to be able to settle all conflicts and satisfy both parties.
Besides, in-depth knowledge in many fields. Maybe for other
professions, you just need to meet professional requirements. But for the
human resources industry, knowing all the knowledge that revolves
around work and life gives you a huge plus for employers.
The next requirement is human development. This is an important
requirement. You need this skill to create the right programs, projects, or
policies to develop and nurture talent.
Finally, there are leadership skills. Because they all hold important
positions in the company, the corporation requires organization and
supervision to carry out projects and activities of a macro nature.
Of course, no one is excellent at all of the above requirements, but keep
in yourself a progressive spirit, constantly learning.

1. Prospect:
- The job prospects for HR managers over the next decade are
looking strong.HR manager ranked 35th out of 800 occupations in
the U.S., based on new employment-projection data released by the
Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and scored by The Wall Street
Journal.
- HR is one of the fastest-growing fields in the United States.
Employment of human resource managers is projected to grow 7
percent by 2028, faster than the average for all occupations (5.2
percent). That translates to about 14,400 projected job openings
annually.
2. Strategy over Administration:
- There are currently about 152,000 HR managers in the United
States, according to BLS data. The largest employers of HR
managers are in the professional and business sector (14 percent),
followed by scientific and technical services (14 percent),
manufacturing (12 percent), government (9 percent) and health
care (9 percent).
3. Rising Pay, Rising Value:
- Another compelling reason to consider an HR career path is that
the median annual manager's salary is $113,300 per year. The
lowest 10 percent earned less than $66,870, and the highest 10
percent earned more than $201,380, according to the BLS.
- According to trends in base pay tracked by Glassdoor, wage
growth for human resources managers is currently up 6.7 percent
since 2015, while pay for recruiters has seen a steady rise of 12.6
percent during that time.
4. Good Time to Be in HR:
- While HR manager was listed the highest among HR professional
roles in the rankings, HR specialist (44th)—including talent
acquisition and management roles—was not far behind, followed
by specialists working in training and development (134th), labor
relations (167th) and compensation and benefits (248th).
- On the other hand, HR assistant ranked 329th in the occupational
forecast, showing a -4 percent growth rate over the next decade.
