Introduction**

This report outlines the details of a burglary that occurred at the residence located at
123 Main Street, Anytown, USA. The purpose of this report is to document the findings
of the initial investigation, including witness statements, evidence collected, and any
relevant observations made by the responding officers.

At approximately 10:15 PM on October 4, 2023, the Anytown Police Department
