lecture and tutorial classes through exercises based on a case study. The students are expected to
collect enough data to analyses with diverse environments in key property sustainability debates and
their relevance to a range of stakeholders in the built environment. Critically appraise the strong
diverse environments in the built environment. Wherever enough data is not available the students
are required to take suitable assumption in consultation with the course faculty. This course is having
total credit weightage of 2 thus it is advised to perform the exercise with sheer interest.

2. Application and analysis of the topic (subject specific Skill)

Students are required to:

• Collect all the relevant data including drawings, site location, Environmental impact report,
feasibility studies, design considerations, material and equipment used, carbon footprint,
building performance for your project.
• Analyze the data in terms of sustainability aspects of the project and interpret the results.
• Develop a strategy to improve performance of project in terms of sustainability.
• Develop a project report, which will comprise of all the learnings and recommendation based
on critical thinking ability.
