1. That the present written statement has been filed by Dalpat Kaur S/o Harpreet Kaur R/o House
No. 99, Arjun Nagar, District – Jaipur, who is the defendant in the present case and thus well
aware of the facts and circumstances of the present case.
Hence, competent to file the present reply.
2. That the Plaintiff has instituted the present suit without any cause of action, and the same
is liable to be dismissed.
3. That the present suit had to be instituted in the Court of lowest grade competent to try it and
thus, it is not maintainable.
4. The contents of Para 1 are accepted without dispute.
PRAYER: -
In view of the aforesaid facts, reasons, and circumstances, it is prayed before this
Hon’ble Court that the suit of the plaintiff may kindly be dismissed with costs or pass any
other order as the Hon’ble Court may deem fit in the interests of justice.

present case.
