called ADVERBS. An adverb is a word used to modify verbs, adjectives, and other adverbs.

There are five kinds of adverb: manner, time, place, degree, and frequency.
These sentences tell us about the time the action is done like yesterday and tomorrow.

You are now familiar with the uses of adverb. It can be used to show manner, place,
time, degree or frequency of the verb, adjective, or another adverb in a sentence. Adverbs are
very useful in narration, too.

answer on the space provided before the number.

Write a detailed narrative about the recent Division Meet/ School Intramurals. Use
