00:36:43 Michael - - -: What are the 2/2 and 4/4 at the bottom of the
GPT responses?
00:37:01 Robert - - -:I love it: Hyperdrive...
00:37:02 Alexandra - - -: Why didn't you ask it to do it refined and ready
for bot in the initial prompt?
00:37:16 Robert - - -:"If you're a member... " -- of Perry Marshall's group?
00:37:41 Michael - - -: See the 4/4 at the bottom?
00:37:50 Michael - - -: What is that?
00:38:16 Robert - - -:Luckily, I'm a night owl
00:38:20 Wouter - - -: Sam, is this done with a bot (custom GPT) or
in the default ChatGPT 4?
00:38:25 Alessandra - - -: finally a good thing to be not on american
time!
00:38:26 Michael - - -: Thanks Bryan!
00:39:16 Robert - - -:So, my brain went "huh?" on "Preconditions and
forecasting" -- waiting to see if I can understand
00:39:56 Robert - - -:Wow. So you can prompt it to answer it in more than
one model
00:40:09 Greg - - -: Yep.. great explanation - Thx
00:40:33 Alessandra - - -: is there a way to know more about the internal
models and how they are divided?
00:41:14 Wouter - - -: Does AI works like a human brain, Sam?
Could you use naming of the processing of how a brain processes
information?
00:41:16 Daniel: Is this prompt “post save” or as part of the
configuration window? Could it be part of the configuration?
00:41:58 Justin - - -: It's also a mirror for clarifying our own thinking.
When you write out the role, task, etc. it actually helps us to think through
this. The AI is doing half the work, but our mind is melded in with the AI so
it's helpful to be an active participant in the process.
00:43:53 Peter - - -: 👍 @Justin - - -
00:44:15 Robert - - -:At Justin, you can program it to use the Socratic
Learning method to question the hell out of your assumptions.
00:44:52 Justin - - -: I built a Bible study tool using the Socratic Method.
lol Works perfect

00:44:57 Jason - - -: Brian mentioned Work The System last week. And
one of the things I remembered after reading that book is how difficult it is
to get people to write out their processes. It almost seems like what you
just did is create a way to get ChatGPT to outline your system for you if not
actually write out the entire system. Question though: Is what you created
here enough for the GPT?
00:46:51 Robert - - -:All the productivity gains could be lost in the effort to
test all the AI options (and the options keep growing!)
00:47:21 Robert - - -:What's the 5/95 on choices: ChatGPT, Claude, and
??
00:48:42 Robert - - -:Where can we find downloadable data in the
stock/futures and other financial markets?
00:48:50 Greg - - -: QQQ - Does Poe have teh same capabilities as
"Code Interpreter" etc for GPT?
00:48:58 Wouter - - -: I found this website with all kinds of roles,
tasks which are part of that role, etc: https://www.onetonline.org/
00:49:12 Wouter - - -: I tested it this weeks and works well as a
foundation.
00:49:34 Wouter - - -: These are 2 alternatives:
https://www.shrm.org/ & https://www.workable.com/
00:49:34 Robert - - -:ohh, I hope this chat area is saved and given... but
got it in case
00:49:35 Neil - - -: Can you upload more knowledge files? For
example, this person would have to upload a new spreadsheet every week.
Or would you need to create a new bot every week?
00:49:41 Justin - - -: This would work for any business. 80/20 Inventory
GPT
Amazing!!
00:49:52 Wouter - - -: Yes, it’s shared Robert and shared afterwards.
00:50:10 Michael - - -: This is an amazing session. Minor question:
what's the app Sam is using to present? The space with the dot graph
background?
00:50:17 Alessandra - - -: Miro
00:50:20 Jeremy - - -: Please keep the layers coming.
www.imarketing.courses
www.imarketing.courses
00:51:15 Corey - - -: Q: With the amount of time it takes to lay this out, is
there an assessment we should do before beginning to make sure its even
worth the time to invest?
00:51:33 Justin - - -: and exposes flaws in your own thinking
00:52:28 Justin - - -: yes! it's like steroids for your brain
00:52:28 Robert - - -:So, at this point, have we seen all the steps? Is
each step a layer that Sam is referring too? I ask because I need to leave
in 15 min.
00:52:29 Wouter - - -: Bryan, do you have other suggestions like the
book Work The System of last week? Which helps you to describe your
tasks for others?
00:52:49 Brian - - -: That's my main use case. generalist thinking partner
in multiple domains. Gets me from fast System 1 thinking to slow system 2
thinking.
00:53:43 Justin - - -: @brian exactly
00:53:55 Stan: Sam, when using ChatGPT to create a GPT do we turn
off Chat history & training under Data Controls to protect data we don't
want to make public?
00:54:02 Greg - - -: QQ - would be great to see (or make) a Flow chart
or map of this process.
00:54:29 Jason - - -: Turns into a Zapier automation? I thought we were
sticking to GPT and just uploading files to analyse/
00:55:47 Wouter - - -: We’re now building a “commerce business
process infrastructure” I guess.
00:56:08 Justin - - -: there's your flowchart lol
00:56:13 Jason - - -: Unsure of how we got the Workflow part of this. Did
we do a prompt for that?
00:56:53 Greg - - -: @justin... Yep - was waiting on it..
00:57:10 Wouter - - -: Is a ChatGPT version that already can make
flowcharts? For example first in text and then with DALLI 3 in a picture?
00:57:13 Mark S: y
00:57:18 Theresa - - -: This is very cool. It’s clear!
00:57:41 Robert - - -:It's the AI Psi chip in Sam's brain that let him know
to answer before we ask.
www.imarketing.courses
www.imarketing.courses
01:14:20 Robert - - -:is this in the same process, or one that is separate?
01:14:41 Neil - - -: How are you getting ChatGPT to hold all that
historical data?
01:15:10 David - - -: Is this added to the same workflow we looked at
automating with Zapier, or a whole new workflow?
01:15:17 Wouter - - -: Data sets of your virtual or industry is the new
gold. Any suggestions where you can get these data sets if you don’t have
them?
01:16:45 Wouter - - -: Yes, it make sense, but for example a lot of
my customers have shitty data. How relevant is the experience that a
generative AI has? For example Perplexity?
01:19:04 Jeremy - - -: Keep going.
01:22:10 Theresa - - -: I’ll be watching this a few more times…
01:22:30 Wouter - - -: Bryan, we need a book title for asking better
questions ;-)
01:22:49 Theresa - - -: @Wouter…GPT could probably give us one,
right?
01:23:30 Wouter - - -: If the prompt is written well, it can Theresa.
But a book can be a good knowledge file.
01:23:31 Neil - - -: If people are using this for content creation, how are
content consumers not going to just get completely overwhelmed with
content? Seems like this is going to ultimately create a crazy soup
content-wise so nothing gets seen…
01:24:07 Kyle - - -: Would it be possible to add the training that sold us
into this program into the portal as well?
01:24:27 Theresa - - -: What is the best way to copy/paste a table
from GPT? I haven’t tried it in awhile bc it wa so messy. Has it improved?
01:24:51 Bryan: Kyle, I can put in the request to Team Perry!
01:25:08 Kyle - - -: Thank you!
01:25:18 Justin - - -: I think we err when we expect AI to help us do less
work. it's not about us doing less work, but doing better thinking, so AI can
help us get better output.
01:25:41 Theresa - - -: High five @ Wouter
01:26:06 Peter - - -: @Theresa, I usually ask ChatGPT to generate a
CSV output of the table, copy and paste it into a text editor (Ex. Notepad),
www.imarketing.courses
www.imarketing.courses
and then Save the filename with a “.csv” and open it up in Excel or other
spreadsheet application. Hope that helps
01:26:30 Theresa - - -: Thanks @Peter. That does help. I appreciate
you sharing.🙂
01:26:44 Peter - - -: NP 🙂
01:26:55 Jeremy - - -: Great stuff, keep going.
01:26:59 Roelof: Yes
01:27:08 Wouter - - -: Sam a question from last week you asked me
to ask it again today: “Sam, can you also build a custom GPT that helps
you to create 10 out of 10 custom GPTs (documentation etc)? if yes, do you
have a formula for that which you can share in the summary tomorrow?”.
01:27:41 Peter - - -: This is gold Sam… Thanks so much.
01:28:08 David - - -: Just to be sure I understand, as you add layers, are
you adding to a single workflow or creating multiple workflows?
01:29:02 Wouter - - -: N8n is great. We use it in many eCommerc
eprojects
01:29:08 Brian - - -: Does Make and N8N have the ai helper?
01:29:25 KB: Wow, Thank you! This is my business and my mind is
BLOWN! I will have to re watch this over and over. There is so much to
unfold and immense value!
01:31:43 David - - -: How do you reference one chatGPT output into the
next one in Zapier?
01:32:59 Calvin : For output, can you use Excel?
01:34:18 Alessandra - - -: @David, i think that was the 3 chatgpt steps
one after the other, you input the output from chatgpt step 1 into chatgpt
step 2 through the drop down options in Zapier
01:35:02 Greg - - -: /\ /\ yes
01:35:58 David - - -: @alessandra ok thanks :-)
01:37:43 Theresa - - -: This is exactly what I needed for a current
client. Thanks Sam!
01:39:00 Mendy - - -:please keep going
01:39:03 David: Keep going, please!
01:39:03 Theresa - - -: Let’s to it!
01:39:06 Seneca - - -: I can hang
01:39:07 Greg - - -: Yes plz
