End-User License Agreement for Trial Fonts

This End User License Agreement (EULA) governs your use of the trial fonts offered
by Fontstore Ltd (“Fontstore”). By submitting the Trial Request Form and clicking
"Submit Request," you accept the terms of this agreement. Before accessing or
downloading any font software from Fontstore's website, we advise you to read this
EULA in full. Using the font software from Fontstore's website signifies your
agreement and binds you to this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms, do not
download or use the font software.

THIS LICENSE APPLIES TO YOUR USE AND DOWNLOAD OF THE FONT SOFTWARE AVAILABLE FOR
TESTING THROUGH FONTSTORE'S 30-DAY FREE TRIAL, FOR CLIENT PITCHES OR OTHER NON-
COMMERCIAL USE ONLY. YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO DISPLAY OR PUBLISH ANY WORKS USING
THE FONT SOFTWARE UNDER THIS TRIAL LICENSE.

This license grants you the right to use the Fontstore fonts and font software on a
trial basis for thirty (30) days only. "Font software" includes the design of the
fonts and the software that generates typeface and typographic designs and
ornaments. The font software also includes any upgrades, updates, related files,
permitted modifications, permitted copies, and related documentation.

You may electronically distribute the font software solely for testing and
evaluating purposes. "Trial use" means internal testing and "pitching" purposes
only, and no other distribution is allowed. Hardware vendors and manufacturers must
obtain a trial license if the testing software must be distributed for installation
and testing.

Fontstore or the font software owner retains all rights and title in the font
software and its associated trademarks. You agree not to copy the font software or
create derivatives based on it. Unauthorized use of the font software is an
infringement of Fontstore's or the owner's exclusive rights and causes significant
monetary harm.

If during testing, you alter the font software, all such alterations will be
considered "works made for hire" and become the exclusive property of Fontstore or
the font software owner. The font software may not be used to create or distribute
electronic documents or products outside of testing purposes.

You may make one (1) backup copy of the original font software for archival
purposes only and must retain control of the copy. Upon termination of this
agreement or if you do not purchase a license, you must destroy all copies of the
font software. If there is no separate written agreement, you must also destroy any
backup copies of altered or derived works. Unauthorized sharing, lending, renting,
sale, or misuse of the backup copy is a material breach and will result in
immediate termination of the license.

The font software is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws of the
seller's country and other nations. You may not copy the font software except for
testing purposes. All copies must contain the same copyright, trademark, and
proprietary notices. In the event of any breach, Fontstore or the font software
owner may seek injunctive relief and all available legal remedies as the harm
caused is irreparable and impossible to ascertain.
Except as may be required for Testing or temporary Purposes, You further agree not
to modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, alter, or
otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Font Software. All trademarks
shall be used in accepted trademark practice, including identification of the
trademark owner’s name. Use of the trademarks associated with the Font Software
inures solely to the benefit of Fontstore or the owner of the Font Software. You
may not change any trademark or trade name used with the Font Software.

You expressly agree that you shall not use, distribute, or otherwise implement the
use of any version of the Font Software You create. You further agree that any
amending of the Font Software or other development of the Font Software for use in
a commercially distributed product, software, or hardware, shall be performed by
Fontstore or the owner and shall be subject to a reasonable, separate written
license agreement with Fontstore.

If You are a design consultancy, advertising agency, or using the Font Software for
use by or on behalf of such an entity, the ultimate end user must purchase a
License appropriate for their use. Specifically, if your client will use copies of
the Font Software, your client must also purchase a suitable license. The license
granted herein does not extend to unlicensed uses by temporary employees,
freelancers or independent contractors using the Font Software in professional
environments or for other professional uses in excess of the License.

If the Font Software is found to be defective within sixty (60) days of the date of
delivery to the Licensee, Fontstore will, upon proof of license, provide suitable
replacements at no charge to the Licensee. The entire risk of performance and
quality of the work or end product created by the Licensee lies with You. Fontstore
does not warrant that this product will operate with any software or hardware
products, or that it will satisfy your requirements. Fontstore’s entire liability
to the Licensee will not extend beyond replacement of defective media or refund of
the purchase price, if any. You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the
Font Software is at your sole risk. The Font Software and related documentation are
provided "AS IS" and, except as noted herein, is without warranty of any kind and
Fontstore and its affiliated companies (together, "Foundry") hereby EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS AND IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
FONTSTORE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE FONT SOFTWARE WILL BE
UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE FONT SOFTWARE IS WITHOUT DEFECTS. THE FONT
SOFTWARE MAY NOT BE USED IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE FAILURE OF THE FONT
SOFTWARE COULD LEAD TO DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR SEVERE PHYSICAL
OR ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FONTSTORE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR
ANY OTHER PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING
LOST PROFITS, SAVINGS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE FONT
SOFTWARE EVEN IF NOTIFIED IN ADVANCE OF SUCH POSSIBILITY. FONTSTORE's sole
liability to You shall in no event exceed the replacement of the Font Software.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental,

consequential or special damages, implied warranties, or implied warranties. ANY
IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION CREATED BY LAW IS ONLY EFFECTIVE FOR THE THIRTY-DAY
(30-DAY) WARRANTY PERIOD. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND AFTER
THE THIRTY-DAY (30-DAY) WARRANTY PERIOD. The exclusions noted above may not apply
to You. Otherwise, and to the extent permissible by law, You agree that all implied
warranties are not effective for more than thirty (30) days.
This Agreement represents the entire Agreement between Fontstore and You. This
Agreement supersedes any other License Agreement which may have been included with
the Font Software or previously displayed on the Fontstore or its Authorized
Distributors’ web sites. This Agreement may only be modified by Fontstore in

Compliance with Law and Export Restrictions. You agree to be responsible for your
compliance with all laws and regulations relating to the control of exports or the
transfer of technology.

Severability. If any provision of this Agreement is declared by a court of

competent jurisdiction to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, the remaining
provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect, and the
invalid provision shall be replaced by Fontstore.

Waiver. Waiver of any right(s) at any time shall not constitute an ongoing or
permanent waiver of any right(s).

Choice of Law. This Agreement, all Exhibits and amendments hereto shall be governed
by the law of the United Kingdom as they apply to contracts entered into and wholly
performed therein and without giving effect to its conflict of law rules or the
conflict of law rules of any other jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the
parties and supersedes all previous agreements, promises, representations and
negotiations between the parties.

Headings. The captions of the sections of this License Agreement are for
convenience only and shall not control or affect the meaning or construction of any
of the terms or provisions of this Agreement.
