1. Reference: Police Station 1 Blotter Entry No. 003 dated March 8, 2024.

2. This pertains to the alleged Robbery incident that transpired at about 10:00 o’clock in the
evening of March 7, 2024 at Brgy. Manalo Puerto Princesa City where the victim was
identified as RONALD D CASTRO 22 years old, single and a resident of aforementioned
place, and the suspect was identified as DYLAN S MONTES 24 years old and a resident of
Brgy. Masipag Puerto Princes City.

3. Initial investigation conducted that about 10:00 o’clock in the evening March 7, 2024 the
victim the suspect gained entry to the victim’s house through the window that was left
unlocked by the victim and once inside, stole and carried away a cellphone, a laptop , and
money worth 30,000 of the victim with the total amount of Php 93, 000.00. They escaped
through the same window and sped away towards unknown direction on board their driven
color blue XRM motorcycle with still unknown plate number.

2. This pertains to the alleged Robbery incident that transpired at about 10:00 o’clock in the evening of
March 7, 2024 at Brgy. Manalo Puerto Princesa City where the victim was identified as RONALD D

3. Immediately upon receipt of the report, PNP elements of Puerto Princesa City Police Office led by
PO2 Edwin Paduga and PO2 Michael Bioncio proceeded to the place of incident to conduct ocular
inspection and investigation over the case. Initial investigation disclosed that suspect entered the
entered to the victim’s house through the window that was left unlocked by the victim and once
inside, stole and carried away a cellphone, a laptop, and money worth 30,000 of the victim with the
total amount of Php 93, 000.00. Suspect identified as DYLAN S MONTES, resident of Brgy Masipag,
Puerto Princesa City.

4. The suspect was clearly identified from the recordings of Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV)
surveillance camera installed at the side of the house of Mr. RONALD D CASTRO.

5. The suspects were arrested at their houses during hot-pursuit operation conducted, and they are
now under the custody of Puerto Princesa City Police Office for investigation and proper disposition.

6. A case of Robbery was filed against the suspect DYLAN S MONTES through regular filing at the City
Prosecutor’s office- Puerto Princesa City under duty Associate Prosecutor Rita Mae Gomez.
