Our key personnel, Mr. Khalid Al Mulhim, served as the Chairman
of the Jury for the Selection Committee of the Climate Control
Saudi Awards 2024. Additionally, Mr. Mohamed Rafeeq Zackariah
contributed as a member of the Jury for the same committee.
18
Our Chief Consultant and Business development Director have provided a
special training to the students of King Saud University on the Topic –
“Safety in Air Conditioning & Ventilation of Healthcare Facilities”. The
training was focused on how HVAC systems play a significant role in
controlling the contamination of airflow inside healthcare facilities
through ensuring strict adherence to the quality and technical standards
during the design of the HVAC systems and also implementation of safety
policies to perform on-time and proper maintenance of the installed
systems. The training helped the students to understand how HVAC
systems in Healthcare facilities are vital to the safe operation the
Healthcare facilities.
Our Key Members are Regular Speakers at International and Local Industry
Conferences and events:
Our Chief Consultant has also been a speaker at the “Indoor Air Quality
(IAQ) HVACR Virtual Conference”, organized by CPI Industry. He was the
speaker in the plenary discussion on the below topics:-
19
Our Chief Consultant and Business Development Director have
also participated as speakers in the “6th Edition World IEQ
Forum”, organized by CPI Industry. They were the speakers in a
panel discussion on the below topics:-
20
Agreeing on an energy efficiency target in the building industry that
would surpass the expected target demanded by the intended
emissions-reduction objectives of the Paris agreement, to
accommodate an increase in energy use towards achieving greater
IAQ goals.
Building owners and an IAQ mandate: the importance of balancing
total cost of ownership (TCO) objectives with providing a secure bio-
environment for occupants.
The engineering approaches and technologies that are available to
curb energy use- how much have we evolved?
21
The counter productive nature of proffering individual solutions and
working in silos: The importance of an all-encompassing solution-
based approach.
There is a need for a pivotal global think tank that would oversee the
deployment of these technologies across all building types, not as
offered by individual manufacturers and suppliers but as a holistic
exercise.
The role of Renewable Energy in IAQ: How the availability of
abundant clean energy could possibly nullify the debate on striking
a balance between energy efficiency and indoor air quality;
