Greetings from MEGHAA UPVC (Upvc Windows ). We are very much thankful to
you for giving us a chance to quote our special rate for supply and fixing of UPVC windows
at your site by using UPVC profiles which is manufactured by GERMAN Technology in the
name of " EITI " All the shutters are with 5 MM glass with suitable UPVC beed.

All the corners of the outer frames and the shutters framesare been welded by fusion CNC
method at the degree of 350 ' to 410'F, the welding glue is inserted in the UPVC profile at
the extrusion level itself. The windows are properly fitted with imported quality handles and
we use EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)material as Gaskets.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:


1. 4mm plain or pinheaded glass included

2. Extra charge for other colour glass

3. Installation charges included

4. Transport charges Customer scope

5. 60% Advance along with purchase order


40% Against delivery

6. The Site should be handed over to us before grill fitting.

7. Delivery date -30 days from the purchase order date

8. Fitting work will be started after 70% of payment received

9. Fitting date : 3 to 5 days from the date of delivery (or) after


Arrangement of scaffolding by client

10. Goods storage facility must be provided by client

11. If any goods damages caused after delivery, will be Responsible by client

12. If there is a tapper in the wall which will cause a gap between the wall and
window frame it will be more than 6mm, will have to be filled by the client

13. Electricity connection, ladder, scaffolding, cement holes & mason’s work will be
Provided by client

14. Any design / measurement change to be mutually agreed before placing


purchase order, which will be final.

15. Material loading and unloading will be paid by client if there is any union issues.

16. The quotation is valid for 30 days only
