About the Conference
Libraries play a crucial role in shaping communities and fostering a love for learning.
However, the digital age has presented both challenges and opportunities for these
institutions. The motto of the conference is to connect school librarians with innovative
strategies to empower libraries with technological advancements and leverage them to
enhance their services to engage with diverse audiences.

The Objectives of the Conference


Provide thought Leadership in promoting the Library and Information Science
profession as the backbone of Education.
Provide a platform to discuss the challenges in contemporary academic teaching &
learning processes and the opportunities offered through updated library systems.
Explore opportunities for digital libraries and online resources provided by libraries.

Publication Opportunity
All the selected papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an ISBN.
Softcopy of the proceedings will be provided to participants through mail, after the
conference.
Hardcopy will be provided to the participant on demand with the additional charges
of Rs 500/.

The Paper is approximately 2000 words with single spacing in Times New Roman 12
font Size
The Paper should be submitted in the word format only.
The Paper should contain the Title, Name of the Author(s), Contact details with 500
words Abstract and Keywords.
The APA style of writing should be followed throughout the text and in references.
Accepted full Papers must be submitted with the registration fee.
All the papers submitted for the Conference will go through a review process by the
experts.
Based on the recommendations from the reviewer, the authors will be
communicated about the submitted Paper.
Conference committee will employ advanced tools and manual reviews to detect
potential plagiarism and AI content. Authors are encouraged to use proper citation
and referencing to avoid unintentional plagiarism.

Accommodation
Accommodations will be confirmed only if the form is duly filled out and payment is
received in full.
The accommodation fee is non-refundable.
On a first-come, first-served basis, participants can stay in a limited number of twin-
shared rooms at the MRIIRS, Faridabad Campus.
The Hostel on the MRIIRS, Faridabad Campus will only be available from 29th to 30th
August, and guests must leave by 8 a.m. on 31st August, 2024
MRIIRS, will extend assistance for accommodation in nearby places at the participants'
expense. However, participants are advised to book nearby hotels directly.

Dr. O P Bhalla Central Library: “The library is the heart of all the University's work; directly so,
as regards its research work, and indirectly as regards its educational work which derives its
life from research work.” Dr O.P. Bhalla Central Library, inaugurated by Dharma Guru Shri
Swami Satya Mitran Nand Girii Maharaj at Manav Rachna International Institute of Research

Library Association of Bihar (LAB) The mission of the Library Association of Bihar (LAB) is to
