like Confluence and Bitbucket, providing a

01 Business Environment (4 hours)

This will cover general definitions related to Projects and Project Management, PMO
and OPM, System of Value Creation, Enterprise Environment Factors, Organizational
Process Assets, Organizational Structures, Project Management Functions, Project
Management Code of Ethics and values, Project Management Principles,
Organizational Culture and Change management, Change Management Framework,
Project Governance and Project Compliance, Agile Manifesto, Predictive and Adaptive
project Phases, and related aspects.

02 Start the Project (4 hours)

This module will cover Stakeholder Mangement, Communication Requirement

Analysis, Communication Model, Team Performance Domain, Project Resource
Requirements, Hybrid Team Formation, Team norms, PMI code of ethics and
Professional Conduct, Team Charter, Team communication, Running Virtual Teams,
Virtual Team Communication Technology, Project Performance Domains,
Development Approaches & Lifecycle and Phases and allied topics.

03 Plan the Project (16.5 hours)

This module will cover the Planning Projects, Scope, Schedule, Resources, Budget,
Risks, Quality and Integrate Plans. This will include topics such as Product and
project Scope, Requirements and data gathering techniques, Scope planning, Project
Statement of work, Work Breakdown Structure and dictionary, Cost Management
Plan, Schedule Management For Predictive and Agile Life Cycle, agile release
planning, resource management plan, Plan Procurement, Bid Documents, Contract
Types, Procurement Statement of Work (PSOW), Plan Quality Management,
Implement & Manage Quality Measures, Quality Data gathering techniques Agile
Quality Management Concepts, Risk Management Planning, Identify Risks, Define
Risks, Qualitative Risk Analysis, Quantitative Risk Analysis, Plan Risk Responses,
Implement Risk Response, Monitor and Control Risks and other related domains.

04 Lead the Project Team (4 hours)

This module discusses the Team Performance Domain, Project Team Management,
Leadership, “Agile” Space for Hybrid Teams, Work Information Management Systems,
Project Team Culture, High-performing Project Teams, Leadership Skills, Tailoring
Leadership Styles, Motivational Theories, Interpersonal Skills and emotional
Intelligence, Conflict Management, Communications Management Plan, and other
team leading approaches.

05 Support the Project Team Performance (5 Hours)

This module focuses on supporting Project Team Performance where, continuous

improvement, knowledge Management, Evaluate project progress, monitoring scope,
scope validation, Burn down charts, Earned Value Management, EAC/ETC Analysis,
Quality control issues, Change management, and control projects.

MODULE

06 Close the Project/Phase (1.5 Hours)

This module covers all the close Project phase activities, Transition/handover
Readiness, Benefits Management Plan, Knowledge Management Plan, Conduct Project
Perspective, and other related document finalization for reporting the closure of the
project.

*All modules will be covering the concepts from PMBOK (The Project Management Body of
Knowledge) 2021 and agile project management concepts
