CAR RENTAL AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:


THIS AGREEMENT FOR CAR RENTAL made and executed into at San Jose de
Buenavista, Antique., Philippines, on this 9th day of May, 2024 by and
between____________________________, of legal age and resident of
_________________________________referred to as the "FIRST PARTY"

-and-

Jester Florene U. Moscoso, of legal age and a resident of Funda-Dalipe, San Jose de
Buenavista, Antique, owner/operator of WE-GO ANTIQUE CAR RENTAL with business
address Funda-dalipe, San Jose de Buenavista, Antique, referred to as "2nd PARTY"

That for inconsideration of the sum of _One thousand nine hundred pesos (P1,900.00) the
"FIRST PARTY" shall pay the "2nd PARTY" as car rental for a period of ____ day(s)
Start date: ___________, Start time: ___________.

That the second party agrees to rent the "FIRST PARTY" the vehicle described as follows:

Year: ___2024___________ Color: ___Grayish Blue__

The both parties agrees further to the following conditions to wit;

1. EXTENSION OF RENTAL
Extension of rental beyond the dates stated above shall be made upon direct communication
to the "SECOND PARTY" and effect the full payment of additional days as requested and
approved;

2. Mileage
Mileage limit is described as follows;
[ ] No mileage limit [ ]kilometers

3. RENTAL FEE
Rental fee to be charged to the "FIRST PARTY" to wit;
A. For 12 hours(half day) is charged at One thousand nine hundred pesos (P1, 900) and two
hundred pesos (P200) per hour for excess of utilization from agreed period.

4. RETURN OF VEHICLE
The "FIRST PARTY" hereby agrees to return the vehicle in its current condition to the "2nd
PARTY" on the agreed time and date with the same quantity of fuel indicated in the fuel
gauge. The renter understands that the vehicle is for use only within Panay Island and
cannot be taken outside the said location without the consent of the "2nd PARTY".

5. The "FIRST PARTY" agrees not to allow any other person to drive the vehicle, except for
drivers and approved upon signing this agreement.

6. The "FIRST PARTY" agrees to use the vehicle only for routine, legal purposes (personal
or business) The "FIRST PARTY" further agrees to follow all city, county and government
rules and restrictions regarding use and operation of the vehicle.

7. The"FIRST PARTY" agrees to hold harmless, indemnity, and release the "2nd PARTY" for
damages, injuries, property loss or death caused while the "FIRST PARTY" operates this
vehicle. The "FIRST PARTY" will be held accountable for any damages or cleaning fees
incurred while renting the vehicle. The "FIRST PARTY" has had the opportunity to inspect
the vehicle before the renting term begins and confirms that it is in good operable condition

8. The "FIRST PARTY" is prohibited to sub-let or sub rent the above described vehicle
without the expressed consent of the "2nd PARTY".

9. The "2nd PARTY" swears and attest that the vehicle is in good working order and has no
of encumbrances.

10. That in the case of damage vehicle upon return, the renter must deposit Php10,000.00 or
any corresponding personal items amounting to the said amount as a collateral. In the even
the vehicle is total damage/wreck the customer will pay 30% of the vehicle cost (current year
price) plus PHP 150.000.00 as administrative fee.

11. Strictly No Smoking inside the vehicle. lf you are carrying strong smelling food such as
fish or any like. Strictly use well sealed container. If failed to do so and the smell stays in the
vehicle, penalty will be incurred accordingly. P300 pesos will be charged for carwash and
vacuum.

12. That on rentals on monthly basis, the "2nd PARTY" reserves the right to inspect the
vehicle at any time or require the renter to present the vehicle upon thereof;

13. In case by default of the renter on any of the terms, the "2nd PARTY" reserves the right
to immediate repossession of the vehicle and all the expenses will be serve by the renter.

14. The "2nd PARTY" has the back right to pull out the rented vehicle anytime and place in
case the "FIRST PARTY" failed to renew the contract to pay the obligations.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have set our hands on This ___ day of ______, 2024 at San
Jose de Buenavista, Antique, Philippines.
