 6 10 Pfoduct shall meet the requirements specified in the drawing/specification,
unless specifc deviation is granted.

6.11 Notwithstanding this approval, firm is wholly and completely responsible

for quality, online performance, reliability and life of the item/items
suppled by them.

612 The frm shall ablde by the instructions contained in the Vendor approval
guidelines of the Signal D rectorate of RDSO.

6.13 In case of any dispute at any stage during the validity of this approval
verdict of the competent authority of RDSO shall be final and binding on
ihe manufacturer.

6.14 RDSO reserves the right to withdraw the approval granted at any time
without assigning any reason thereto.

6.15 The firm shall also ensure compliance to the conditlons given rn the
purchase order(s) of Railway board/ Zonal Railways/Production Units. The
firm shall submit a feedback to the directorate issuing the certificate. The
feedback shall include ihe following details:-
a. Details of the product supplied to the units of Indian Railways
b. Details of failures / non-conformant working of the product repo(ed
to the firm.
c. Detalls of service engineer's visits in field units of railways and the
iornt notes if arv.

6. 16 Approval shall be withdrawn and firm permanently delsted in case of

following:-
a. Tampering of documents based on which approval has been
sought from RDSO
