Root Cause analysis (D4)

Initial Observations: All the returned four parts are qualifying on the existing straight condition fixture which is regualrly being used for hose assembly but
all the four parts are not qualifying in bend profile fixture( After disection of rejected returned parts bends not qualfying in bend recving gauge)

Occurence : Old bends with NG radius mixed with new supplies from supplier end.

Detection: The existing straight condition fixture is not capable to detect NG bends resulting in to outflow of defective parts and bend profile fixture is
used only set up approval for 2 no's parts only.
