The Aquarius instruments offer a robust software suite that facilitates rapid and effortless operation, allowing users to efficiently manage their measurements. The standard software is highly versatile, yet can also be customized through E-SEF's expansion modules as needed. Double Beam Optical System ensures precise measurement with excellent
stability over time, thanks to symmetrical beams for both sample and reference samples. This setup caters to a wide range of experimental needs without limiting users to a single cell in the reference beam. The instrument's display screen offers an extensive viewing area by scrolling across it, allowing users to view longer scans, plots, and data with
greater detail than on other instruments. The LCD screen features clear menus with prompts for all entries and procedures, displaying scans, plots, curves, and data. Secure Integral Memory ensures that stored scans, curves, plots, and methods remain tamper-proof and secure with personal security codes. Users can recall any stored data from
memory for further reprocessing or manipulation. Dynamic Scan Recall allows users to automatically store the last eight scans or plots without manual storage procedures. These are then recalled by entering their sequence number and can be reprocessed, overlaid with live scans, or recalled directly from memory. The Aquarius UV/Visible Double
Beam Scanning Spectrophotometer features a user-friendly interface, allowing for efficient software module updates whenever necessary. The instrument's high-resolution LCD screen provides clear menu prompts and displays scans, plots, curves, and data in real-time. These can be reprocessed or manipulated before storing or printing. The device
boasts generous secure memory, enabling the storage of scans, curves, plots, kinetic curves, and methods with tamper-proof protection via personal security codes. Data can be recalled from memory for reprocessing, manipulation, and printing as needed. The Aquarius instruments also offer dynamic scan recall, allowing for automatic storage of up to
20 or more scans without requiring a separate storage procedure. These scans can be easily recalled from the display's list view. Featuring a symmetrical double beam system, the instrument provides exceptional measurement accuracy and stability. The operating wavelength range spans 190-900nm, with an optical bandwidth of just 1.8nm, stray
light below 0.01%, and wavelength selection to 0.1nm. Scan software enables high-speed scanning at rates ranging from 1 to 4,000nm/min, with direct plotting to an external printer or transfer to a PC. All spectra are fully annotated with wavelength and absorbance values, along with automatically generated reports. Spectral reprocessing allows for
reploting, overlaying, and storing of data. Standard software features method storage, curve fitting, and storage of up to 30 curves, including linear, quadratic, and cubic forced through the origin. Additional capabilities include absorbance ratios, difference, kinetics, band quantifications, and validation. The instrument can be connected directly to an
external printer or a PC, with a unique screen display featuring scrolling capabilities for enhanced plot and report clarity. The operational software can be enhanced at any time to add further functions, including formula programming, wavelength scanning, and kinetics. Accessories for sample handling and temperature control are also available,
including nano cells.
