A. Overview: This report outlines the activities completed during the Alternative Delivery Mode
(ADM) classes implemented after their face-to-face classes in the morning. The ADM classes
were conducted from October 14, 2024 to October 18, 2024, to ensure continuity of learning
despite the shifting of classes brought by stagnant flood in the school.
B. Objectives
- Maintain Grade 3-Stargazer’s engagement and learning progress after their face to
face
classes in the morning.
- Ensure learners complete assigned tasks in alignment with the curriculum.
- Address any challenges in learners’ participation and provide necessary support.
ADM particularly modular learning is a vital educational strategy in areas prone to flooding. It
ensures that learners can continue their education safely and effectivel, despite the disruptions caused by
unexpected events like stagnant flood in the school ground. Schools should prioritize the development and
distribution of high-quality modules to minimize learning gaps during these challenging times. Our class
implemented ADMs due to the reason mention above.
Despite the situation of the school, Grade 3- Stargazer learners continued their study with the use of
modular learning modality. The grade 3 adviser provided activities, modules and performance tasks after
their face-to-face classes in the morning, the learners studied at home with the guidance of the teacher and
parents. This modality was implemented from October 14, 2024 to October 18, 2024. The adviser,
Ms. Sharon C. Lubao monitored the activities of the learners. She ensured that all the learners were able
to complete the given activities. Parents and guardians guided their children to accomplish their daily
activities. With the supervision of our school head Mr. Joel P. Fajardo, the modular distance learning was
successfully done.

The ADM classes after their face-to-face classes were generally successful, with high levels of learner’s
engagement and task completion. Moving forward, it is recommended to:
1. Enhance communication channels with parents to ensure they are well-informed and able to support
their children during such events.
2. Explore partnerships with local government units to provide free internet connections
