Requesting Guidance for Customer Success


Request Guidance when you’re ready to engage your Silver Success Pack
Customer Success resource. It’s the fastest way to connect with a Docusign
expert to receive personalized onboarding help.

If you are a new customer:

● Log in to your Docusign account


○ Do you have issues with logging in? Check our troubleshooting article for help.
● From either your welcome email or a direct link, navigate to the digital onboarding site

Requesting Guidance
2/ When you reach the “New Case” page,
navigate to the “Silver Success Pack” drop-down
1/ Click Request Guidance at the bottom of
the page. If prompted, log in to your Docusign menu and select “Silver Success Pack -
account. Consulting.”

3/ Click the blue “Add case details” button

Note: If you’re not already logged in, you will be prompted on the next
screen before being redirected to the Success Pack page.

4/ Answer a few short questions so you can be


directed to the correct resource.
Note: If you have multiple accounts with Docusign, you will need to select which account
you would like to use.

5/ You will receive an email confirmation after submitting


your request; you will also be able to see the case in your
account.

You will continue to receive updates (via email and in the support
portal) once your resource has been assigned.
