This is Rachel’s coffee shop.

Rachel is a young woman, she is thirty


and she lives and works in London where she has been running a
coffee shop for five years. Rachel loves baking and a few years ago
she realized that cooking and serving food would be the perfect job
for her.
Rachel gets up at 5 o’clock, has breakfast with a toast and a
cappuccino, then she has a shower and dresses up quickly and bakes
something. She makes something different every day: she is good at
baking biscuits, fruit tarts and vanilla cakes that she serves at her
coffee shop. She opens the shop at half past seven and she always
goes there by bike. She has a helper, Mary. Mary arrives at 8 o’clock
and helps Rachel with the clients’ orders. People appreciate her home-made products a lot.
At 1 pm Rachel and Maria have a break for lunch. They eat a packed lunch and relax. The coffee shop
opens again at 2,30 pm. and closes at 5,30 pm. It’s hard but both Rachel and Maria are satisfied and the
shop has a lot of positive reviews!
