This notice requires vacation of the one-bedroom flat known as :

10, Garrick House, Carrington Street, London, Mayfair. W1J 7AF


Let by Assured Shorthold Tenancy - (Form NO. 6A - England) - Housing Act 1988 section
21(1) and (4) (as amended)

INFORMATION FOR TENANT :

This notice is to inform you that your landlord requires possession of the above
property and has now served the correct notice to this effect.

Tenants are entitled to at least two months’ notice under the current AST
agreement rules.

Vacation is required by the date given in section 2 below.

Please note : If any items/possessions remain after this date your landlord may
be entitled to dispose of these under Section 21(1) or (4) of the Housing Act
1988.
