 Built a useful preparation to analyze and record specific entries helped co-workers and managers to
understand taxation happening in firm. Around 30 percent of taxation was wrong in firm.
 Maintained a positive relationship with firm managers helped to enhance networking more than before and
90 percent of employee were happy with performances.
 Analyzed few more competitive markets and learned from experienced accountants helped to get a big
overview of market in accounting. Around 10 percent improvement has seen in work of other experienced
professionals helped
 Designing customers fell safe in environment boosted customer satisfaction and lots of people started to
give more feedbacks than before. It was seen 15 percent of boosted was seen in customer satisfaction was a
brillant sign
 Creating an environment is friendly and showing up early on time has uplifted people coming to office more
than before around 6 percent of increase was seen in firm.
 Transferring something to environment is needed in today's time and is green environment. do donations to
people need it and also plant tree has increased green environment analysis in society. 2.5 percent of
increase seen.
 Recognized in a firm as a team is always super fun firm is trying best to divide people in groups so can help
each other. has increased customer favour to 10 percent
 Led to 15 percent increase in sales happening due to customer satisfaction is making employees and
managers more happy and joyful than before
 Creating workplace more secure and joyful than before by including different activities cards is creating
customer happy increase by 35 percent.
 Defined Communication is key in firm employees communicate with each other to get more understanding
of Improved communication has increased social skills to 50 percent in firm.
