RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COUNTERPART OF FUNDS BY THE


SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY POBLACION E., TARANGNAN,
SAMAR, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL AMOUNTING
TO Ᵽ__________________ pesos FROM THE _____________________SANGGUNIANG
KABATAAN FUND OF BARANGAY E. POBLACION , TARANGNAN, SAMAR.

WHEREAS, both councils, the Sangguniang Barangay and the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay
Poblacion e, Tarangnan, Samar has expressed their resolved for the construction of
Barangay Poblacion E. Multi-Purpose Hall is a priority concern of this barangay.

WHEREAS, it’s proposed construction of Barangay Poblacion E. Multi-Purpose Hall will be more
advantageous and convenient, management-wise, resulting in increased efficiency in
operations and improved services to the public.

NOW THEREFORE, motion of SK Chairman Renato A. Tan Jr. and duly seconded by all Sangguniang
Kabataan members.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the construction of Multi-Purpose Hall be funded equally
and be accomplished immediately.

RESOLVED FINALLY, To furnish copies of this resolution the municipal mayor, the Municipal Treasurer,
the DILG Mun. Officer all in Tarangnan, Samar respectively for their information and guidance.
