2. The chart below shows the proportion of staff employed by age in the public sector in the UK
in 2015 and 2020.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where
relevant.
Write at least 150 words.

 1st draft

The pie chart compares the percentage about the ages of personnel working in the UK public
sector between 2015 and 2020.Overall, while the percentage of employed in the 21–30 and
41–50 age groups increased in 2020, especially employment for other ages group particularly
over 50 saw a decline

Turning first to the younger age groups, although the employment of workers under 21
actually fell from 14% in 2015 to 12% in 2020, the overall number of workers between 21-30
actually increased significantly from 23% to 33%. Similarly, the number of employees over
the age of 41-50 climbed from 19% in 2015 to 28% by 2020

On the other hand, the proportion of people under 21 years of age and other people over 50
years old will decrease by 2% and 7% respectively in 2020. Besides, the age group between 31
and 40 will also decrease by 10% in 2020. Similarly, the rate The percentage of them from 21
to 30 has increased and peaked at 33% during this time.
