Sheathed single core cable for the operation of electric fences in livestock farming

PROPERTIES
TECHNICAL DATA • Good mechanical properties
PVC sheathed single core cable • Good dielectric strength

Temperature range: flexible -20°C to +70°C


Operating voltage: 20 kV AC (test: impulse < 1s) CABLE STRUCTURE
20 kV DC • Stranded tinned copper conductor
Note: the cable is not intended • Core insulation: polyethylene (LDPE)
for continuous use at 20 kV • Outer sheath: PVC acc. to EN 50363-4-1 (compound type TM2)
• Sheath colour: yellow

HELUPOWER® FARM is suitable for the operation of electric fences used in livestock farming. More specifically, it is used for power
supply, in rectifiers and in feedlots. In addition, it has the following applications:

• Connections from the power supply • For overground passages in case fences • Underground installation (not intended
source to the fence wire and grounding are separated by gates or other obstacles for direct burial use)
