Please drill hole sites into concrete foundation before embeding


expansion bolts, ( please see drawing for reference )
the diameter of hole site is less than or equal to
11mm. Install the M8 expansion bolts, the embedded length is
about 60mm

Install Rail with Rail Module Install PV panel on the rail

Slide the module end clamp tightly against the module and fasten
tightly using the Allen bolt ( torque 13-15 N.m).

Step 7 Installation of Mid Clamp Conducting Plate (Grounding Clip)
In case mid clamp conducting plates are required for the project, please place conducting plates beneath the mid &
end clamps, and install as per step 5

Installation of Ground Lug


Ground lugs might be needed in some projects.

Ground lug is Insert the T-shaped Insert grounding Fasten the cables
pre-assembled as block into the rail slot cables into the lug’s with the accessory
above properly, and fasten duct hexagon screw
