Read these instructions carefully before making a payment via the SBICollect

portal.

Step 1: Once you click on PAY FEE on the application portal, you will be redirected to SBI Collect page
https://www.onlinesbi.sbi/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm
Select the category: Educational Institutions
Step 2: Search for Your Payee by typing THE INST MATH SCIENCES in the search bar.
Step 3: Fill in Payment Details and Agree to the Terms and Conditions

• On the payment details form, fill in:


o Registration number; Email ID; Name and Mobile number as filled-in on the application form.
o For the Type of Scholarship, fill one of these three: Master, Doctoral or Both. If you are are applying for only the Doctoral Scholarship,
then write Doctoral. Similarly if you are applying for only the Masters scholarship then write Master. Otherwise type Both.
o For the type of fee, you need to write one of these: Appln, Centre, Key or Revaluation. Please write the appropriate fee type based on your
requirement correctly.
▪ Appln: If you are submitting the application,
▪ Centre: If you are paying for a change in your allotted centre.
▪ Key: If you are paying for challenging the key.
▪ Revaluation: If you are paying for the revaluation of your answer script.
• In the application fee, write the amount of fee to be paid (write 400 if you are paying Rs 400). For applications completed on or before 15th December
2024 (23:59 hrs, IST), the application fee shall be Rs 400 for a single scholarship and Rs 600 for both scholarships. From 16th December until the
close of the portal for fresh applications, the application fee shall be Rs 800 for a single scholarship and Rs1000 for both scholarships. For other
types of fee, note the following: Rs 150 challenge fee per question; Rs 200 for centre change ; Rs 250 revaluation.
• Tick the checkbox to agree to the Terms & Conditions.
• Click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Verify Payment Details

• Review all entered details on the verification


page.
• Confirm that the total amount and information
are accurate.
• Click Next to proceed to payment.

Step 5: Choose a Payment Method

• Select your preferred payment mode:


o Net Banking
o Debit/Credit Card
o UPI
o Other payment options.
• Click on Click Here under the selected mode.
Step 6: Payment Success

• Upon successful payment, you will see a confirmation page with:


o Transaction Reference Number
o Payment details.
• Note down the reference number
• Download/Print Receipt
• This receipt serves as proof of payment.
• Go back to the Application portal and Enter Transaction Reference Number (starting with DU) and upload the Receipt.
• Your application cannot be processed unless this step is completed.
Step 7: Log in to the NBHM Scholarship Portal

• Log in using your credentials (username and password).

• Once logged in, navigate to the Candidate Administration section.


• Click on Click here to upload under the Fee Receipt field.
Step 8: Upload Fee Receipt in NBHM Scholarship Portal

• Enter the Transaction ID from the SBI Collect receipt (starts with "DU").
• Select the fee receipt file by clicking on the Choose File button.
• After selecting the fee receipt file, click Submit.
• Wait for confirmation that your fee receipt has been successfully uploaded.
