• Prepare material take-offs including pipe, fittings, valves, to support various cost estimates as required by the project.
• Adequate knowledge of interfacing Piping, Mechanical…etc., deliverables including Installation and tie-ins, equipment
Location Layouts…etc.
• Experience in reviewing Plot Plans, General Arrangement drawings, Pipe support details & layouts etc.
• Experience in AutoCAD, CAD Worx & Microstation.
• Experience in 3D (PDMS, AVEVA & SP3D) modelling of Structural etc.
• Able to extract Drawings & reports from the modeling software.
• Good Working knowledge in review software Navisworks etc.
• Maintaining project documentation.
• Reviewing vendor and in-house coordination drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Review and check bill of material reports extracted from models.
In addition to the responsibilities listed herein, the employee may be required to perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed or directed by the
supervisor or management. These tasks will be within the reasonable scope of the employee's skills, capabilities, and role within the organization.
The intent of this provision is to allow for flexibility and adaptability in meeting the dynamic needs of the organization, ensuring that operational
requirements can be met efficiently. All such tasks will be assigned considering the employee's current workload and with respect to their
professional development.

• Awareness of the risk control measures, e.g. use of PPE…etc.
• Adequate awareness of the safety in design (SID) requirements set by codes in the industry.
• Adequate awareness of design quality requirements set by codes in the industry.
